No laundry room. The balcony has two air conditioner units, which you can use to hang clothes. It's like a small one-bedroom apartment, very quiet at night! The room I stayed in had two beds pushed together... Breakfast was okay, seems to be a set menu. I wish there were more options.

The apartment-style room has two air conditioners; if one is too cold, you can use the one in the living room. There's an induction cooker with pots, and I used the microwave to heat up a bento box once, which was very convenient. The only downside is the noisy construction site across the street, which looks like it will continue for a long time.

The price of this hotel varies greatly between the off-season and peak season, but the hotel facilities are truly excellent. The rooms are laid out with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The hotel itself has three swimming pools, and the reception hall is very spacious. The breakfast in the morning is also quite good. The location is also very convenient. If you rent a scooter, getting to the beach is incredibly fast, and it's only about a ten-minute walk. The hotel is also very, very close to a street food area where the snacks are cheap and delicious. In the evenings, there's a lively bar street nearby. There's also a highly-rated and very clean 'The One Thai Massage' shop (Branch 1) near the hotel, which offers purely green services. You need to book your massage in advance, otherwise, you'll have to wait a long time. I recommend the 300 baht an hour option; it's very relaxing and stretches you out nicely. Downstairs, just a 3-minute walk away, is a 7-Eleven convenience store, and there's also a Chinese restaurant next to it. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit during the off-season.

This hotel is located right on the street, and both the windows and walls are very thin, so it's extremely noisy, making it really hard to get a good night's sleep. The worst part was when we checked out. We left a pair of pants in the room. We then waited for our car at the front desk. After about fifteen minutes, we remembered and went back to the room to get them. The room hadn't been cleaned yet, but the pants were nowhere to be found—they had vanished into thin air. We thoroughly checked all our luggage and confirmed the pants weren't packed. When we reported it to the hotel, they asked us what evidence we had that something was missing, as if we were trying to frame them. It was absolutely speechless.
