Old, dirty and staff can't speak any English or pretend not to. Put in a room with a thin connecting door to next door that you can see gaps through and hear everything. TV didn't work. Told no more rooms to move me but new guests somehow managed to check in while I was there. 3 nights of no sleep. Worst place I've ever stayed in Thailand

The hotel is nice and clean the staff are helpful the best part is it’s near by beach and Bangla Walk at taping beach . Will come back again in future . Thank you RayaBuri at patong

Der Service rund ums Personal, war absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal, ob an der Rezeption oder von der Renigung war freundlch uns zur jederzeit hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder!

Déçu de la chambre pourtant on avait une suite. J ai demandé 3 fois à ce qu on me débloque le coffre fort pour pouvoir l'utiliser mais en vain... qualité de la suite assez médiocre. Prix très élevé .

前台一個女生的態度非常不好。前一天沒有打掃 第二天去跟他説打掃 喊了2.3 遍遲遲沒人來打掃 又下去問了一下。 她説今天你們就要退房 沒辦法打掃。 2 天沒打掃了。今天讓打掃過分嗎 房間少還有紙巾都用完了。打掃這個東西需要去説嗎 而且説了還不上來。 還沒退房就是可以幫忙打掃的。前台一個女生的態度特別差。對男生的態度卻很好。不用這麼搞笑的 我都看不下去了 該説不説 酒店環境還是不錯的。 但是服務態度真的無語了
