Hotel is good to stay but the location which is on the top of the hill makes us to very difficult by walking it will be hell to walk to the hotel

Poorly maintained hotel.
Dusty furniture and dirty shower cubicle.
No view from the balcony as there is a huge wall right in front of it.
Was celebrating a birthday but not done by the hotel.
Hotel was not ready to upgrade or cancel the booking.
Bad location as we had to walk up the hill to reach the hotel.
Swimming pool water did not look clean so we did not even bother to use the pool.
No bell boy so we were told to carry our own luggage to the room during check in and check out.
Overall experience was bad. Also Trip.ae was not able to assist with the booking cancellation even though the hotel pictures were not the same in reality. The special occasion was ruined. We expected better.

Good little hotel a bit far out from things and taxis do not like going up the hill in order to drop you off there. Could do with a refurb but friendly staff.

The room was ok to stay but pool was dirty to swim. Most of visiters swim with their no swimming suits. Its aweful. Hotel management need to work on swim cleaning.

This hotel was not renovated as advertised on the website and was a big disappointment. The the pool was dirty and tiles loose, shower screen not cleaned properly and escape route blocked by a ladder. It is waiting for something to happen here as smoke detectors were disabled. made a complaint but Trip.com forwarded complaint to manager who refused to address the issues. This hotel should not be sold on a website like Trip.com .
