Overall, the view is good. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, 500 meters away. The air conditioning is good. There is a TV, hair dryer, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, the water heater in the room was broken.

The staff is friendly and advice you well when choosing places or attractions to go to. it is conveniently close to old pucket night market. This time I came just with one of my sons but definitely we will be back to this place with the whole family.

Hotel is outside old town. Old but big hotel with very spacious lobby for check in. Bed room also big and clean. Nice breakfast at 19th floor with good views of surrounding.. Hotel is walking distance to airportbb bus terminal.

Hotel is newly renovated but some of the items inside the room is quite old like the bed frame. Luckily I am just an average weight. Location is perfect for those who just want to walk around and explore the area. There’s a lot of restaurants & cafe nearby but my most favourite is the nearby spa. The service is good, especially at the restaurant and those who tidy up the rooms. The only downside is the check-in process which takes super long. Early check-in is impossible. Arrived 10minutes earlier and declined for check-in because the room is not ready. I tried to check-in again around 14:06 and was declined again. Luckily my thai friend is there to help me talk with the reception and viola they have the available room for me instantly. As for the amenities there’s an outdoor swimming pool and I am sure they can still improve the cleanliness of it. They offer free coffee and tea but there’s no kettle/water heater available in the room. Lucky for me I don’t take hot drinks so it’s fine. But overall my stay is good.

Clean and good location if you wish to visit Phi Phi island, as the pier is close by around 15mins away, whereas other hot locations in the West, will be at least an hour away. Good value for money as it is low season in Sept, before Oct to Dec high season start.

Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though Breakfast buffet was decent and coffee was pretty aromatic.

For me, it is important for a hostel to have a separate toilet and shower. Clean toilet and shower. Clean bed linen. It is a pity that the price immediately on the same day of booking increased by 2.5 times.

Location close to halal restaurant Mashaa. Wak 2 mins only. Walk 5 mins to Apoona Roti for breakfast. Old town phuket all within walking distance for tourist to take photos.. I forgot to bring my adaptor, but the receptionist lent me one. So nice of her. Spacious n clean room. Recommended

WiFi was absolutely terrible, not useable. Will just about work for basic messaging and email. You can supposedly get faster wifi by signing up, but the signup process didn't work for me - ”There is a technical problem, please try again later” - possibly because the free wifi is too bad for you to be able to sign up. Room was OK, staff were mostly useless (apart from the cleaning staff that were friendly and efficient, and one young guy who was at reception sometimes). For this money there are definitely better hotels in Phuket.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites. Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond, whether it was helping me book excursions, recommending local spots to visit, or just checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.
