Great
GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

IIvan KraljEven if it ended with a nice gesture, the receptionist handing me a keychain gift (not sure if they do that with all guests), with a written request to leave 10/10 review, sadly I couldn't ignore the shortcomings of this hostel that seemed like just a downgraded version of Marco Polo Poshtel (not sure which one came first, but from breakfast to ”funny” wall messages, there was a similar ”creative” signature). While I was initially attracted by reviews mentioning hostel's cleanliness, I couldn't say I shared the same opinion. Certain public areas were quite messy. The staircase to the first floor (where shoes are forbidden) didnt seem to be cleaned for some time. In the showers (which had a good water pressure), there was mold. None of the three handsoap dispensers in the only bathroom had soap in them. It just felt the staff doesnt have time or organizational skills to maintain everything in working order. But I was mostly surprised by finding a not clean (i dont want to call it ”used”) bed cover in my bed. It had some fresh stains, hair and crumbles (well, not just on bed cover), and seemed just to be folded after the guest before me (even the folding seemed messed up, so i really thought maybe the bed was forgotten). When I asked the housekeeping to change it, they initially approved. The younger housekeeper started changing everything, sheet included (which i believe is a good way to do it, when it is not certain if the bed was completely changed), but when the older one returned, she made her put the sheet back (the sheet that was thrown on the floor in the meantime), laughing all along. No, that wasnt really funny. Then instead of letting the young housekeeper put on the new bed cover she brought along, i noticed that the older one brought something that seemed to be the same old bed cover that i complained about (the duvet was already inside). When i asked if that is a new thing, she was convincing me it was. Already at that moment, i felt ridiculed. But i said, ”okay, if you say so.” After all was done, i came back to my bed, unfolded the bed cover and confirmed my doubt - all this performance of changing the bed, without them changing anything! The only difference was that the bedsheet was also on the floor in the meantime. This got me really frustrated, mostly because they lied to my face (what for?), and mostly because they invested energy in ”changing” everything while actually just stripping everything off and returning it (why? It takes the same amount of energy to do it for real). Feeling like an *****, i asked what seemed to be the problem? Dont they have clean bedding, or what? But they had. I asked them to give it to me then, and i would happily prepare the bed myself. Which they accepted. Lol. I dont know, with that poor breakfast, the visual mess, unpleasant ”toilet” scent at hostel entrance, and generally low level of cleanliness (you can see how yellow the pillow is once you remove the pillow case yourself), it felt that other reviews mentioning spotless hygiene were misleading. Or were my standards too high? In any case, i stayed in a dozen of Phuket hostels during my month here, but none of them tried to insult my intelligence. There are better places, and no, Dorm Hostel sadly doesnt deserve 10/10, to quote the request they tell everyone at check-out. I also tried to leave them space for hostel improvement, so instead of lowest marks, i left average ones, even if the experience was truly below average. P.S. When a guest asks whether a ferry with a pick-up operates everywhere in Phuket, a genuinely helpful answer would be ”yes”. And not ”no, it's only our hostel's pickup”. I understand everyone just tries to earn money, but it shouldn't be done by misleading guests who just trustfully ask for information.

UUmbaaWe had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grassland Resort Phuket. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was convenient, and the room was very clean. Special thanks to the reception staff for the room upgrade — it made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times. The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation. There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step. The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed. There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked. On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile. Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

LLamKatyNoku hotel can give you a vacation with tranquility and convenience, it is close to most of the family friendly spots like zipline, dolphins show, tiger show, elephant suntuary, Central shopping mall in 20 to 30 mins( by grab).. hotel staff are nice and warm, the main pool and architectural design in Japanese modern and zen style are stylish. Breakfasts were enjoyable with nice food and wonderful and breathtaking view (and not crowded) Embrace (the only restaurant) serves very high quality of western and Thai food in a reasonable price. The only negative comment is the pool in the villa is quite small and I am not sure how often they clean it up. They have kids massges for aged 6 or above, which enables parents to enjoy massages at the same time. This is a hotel underrated.

AAnonymous UserAlthough the building of the hotel itself is considerably nice and new, the service really needs improvement. Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

LluloveluThe hotel is better than what the comment says. Location wise, it depends on your travel style. If you are more of an explorer, I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel or location, because it’s kinda far from the main sites, and the nearest 711 is 800 meters away. But if you are looking for a relaxing beach/pool holiday, or come with kids I will strongly recommend the place. First the bfast is good, room is spacious, facilities was good, staff are polite. So nothing to complain about. Though I think there’s room for improvement for cleanliness, doesn’t mean it’s dirty, just some details are not fully covered. Given the price, I’ll say it does worth the money and would like to come back again.

AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious. Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions. We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning. Highlights: · Exceptional, friendly staff · Beautiful, clean rooms with great views · Excellent pool and amenities · Delicious and varied breakfast

MMs. AMGIf you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find. I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill. Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable. You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby. Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again. It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
