I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. Very nice SPA and an amazing swimming poll. I will come for sure. Thanks to everyone

The staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and probably no longer 4* and the Blue pool in the picture was sadly empty and abandoned. There was however an indoor pool. We had two evening meals which were varied and regional.

One of the worst places I've ever gone ... absolutely to close and renovate the entire structure. It hasn't been maintained for I don't know how long….the structure is full of mould, humidity and seems to be about to fall apart. Absolutely harmful food! The breakfast bread with at least a week's mold. Spa to be taken care of absolutely not to mention the swimming pool ... mold everywhere, ladders at risk of falling. The rooms are all very large but they are entirely to be fixed, in our shower there was a hole and to regulate the water temperature it was done directly from the pipes!! One of the good things about the hotel is the courteous and quite helpful staff. If I could I would give absolutely no stars

Expensive and advance payment, already suspicious. The rooms are dirty inhabited by lizards, linen from other hotels and little soap. The pools: the smallest was a smelly pool. The big one: murky water and difficult to access. ARD parasols, one sunk in the pool, at our request they refused to remove it. Closing the pool one hour early, throwing chlorine into it while we were still soaking. Breakfast: at 9 there was a stand with zero croissants, hot yoghurts to be eaten with a plastic scoop for ice cream, crumbled rusks, sub-brand jams, soft cereals. Coffee and cappuccino, served in paper cups, undrinkable. Bar full of ants. I hope they close it, I feel sorry for the people who work there, because I guess they are ashamed of it, especially hearing the constant complaints from customers.

Valutazione di 5 stelle commisurata al prezzo. Ex-hotel di lusso che ha cambiato la strategia commerciale virando verso una politica di prezzo basso. Il pacchetto comprendeva un pernottamento (sabato sera) con pensione completa ed utilizzo della piscina e comprensivo del percorso spa per 200 euro a coppia. Check-out alle 13:00 di domenica che consente l'utilizzo della piscina anche nella mattinata. Camere pulite con arredamento essenziale ma funzionale. Il basso prezzo si nota soprattutto nel cibo (abbastanza semplice tipico da menu turistico: antipasto, 2 primi, 1 secondo, un dolce acqua e vino) che presentava qualche imperfezione (pasta troppo al dente, mancanza di burro per la colazione, due primi entrambi con salsa di pomodoro), in un organizzazione un pò superficiale (personale gentilissimo ed amichevole ma gli addetti a volte risultavano pochi per il numero di ospiti e doveva dare un gran da fare) e l'albergo presenta ogni tanto qualche difetto estetico (un battiscopa caduto, cyclette danneggiata). Le note positive sono sicuramente la Spa con un bel bagno turco e la piscina. In sintesi rapporto qualità prezzo/ottimo. Da ripetere!

Struttura storica con potenzialità, personale disponibile e gentile nell’assecondare le richieste dei clienti. Le camere pulite ma i corridoi poco puliti ( stesse macchie per i due giorni di permanenza). Molto bene il centro benessere. La piscina grande ma poco pulita e non ristrutturata. Purtroppo la nota in parte negativa riguarda la preparazione di alcuni pietanze. In compenso rapporto qualità/ prezzo buona.

Non ho mai visto niente di simile… sporcizia ovunque, tutto molto malandato e abbandonato… una puzza di fogna incredibile… personale incompetente non sanno neanche quello che ti servono… colazione inesistente… c’è la piscina ma non ti danno i teli in dotazione se li vuoi ti chiedono 5€ ad accappatoio… potrei continuare all infinito ma non ne vale la pena… da chiudere senza pensarci un attimo

Hotel molto caratteristico e confortevole, cucina di ottima qualità e camere spaziose. Purtroppo durante tutta la nostra permanenza nel buffet del pane abbiamo trovato pacchetti di grissini scaduti il 19 Ottobre 2023. Il 31 Dicembre a mezzanotte non hanno offerto nemmeno il vino ma era a pagamento: 8€ ogni calice e inoltre quella notte aveva un sovraprezzo non indifferente: 300€ ogni adulto. Almeno una fetta di panettone ci stava.

Struttura vecchia e sporca, La piscina a disposizione dei clienti non ha un supervisore, anche gli spogliatoi sono sporchi e vecchi… l’unica cosa da salvare è lo staff.. gentile e cordiale, soprattutto Silvio alla reception.
