帶孩子來住的，環境很優美，打開窗户就能看到湖，不錯，早餐很豐盛，值得推薦。

房間雖然不是很温馨，但是簡約大方，早餐也特別豐盛，品種也比較多 停車也方便，還送有免費的挪車卡，離平西湖也近。很喜歡。

酒店位置整體來説還算可以的，有停車的地方，前台服務很熱情，早餐沒有去吃，新酒店衞生還算乾淨，下次來還會選擇入住

熱水器太差了，一會冷一會熱，每次都是
前台服務不錯，但是延遲退房的費用過高，延遲了十幾分鍾就要收取半天的房費，過高
整體來看，在平頂山不值得這個價格

五一出遊，半夜2點到的，下高速不遠，酒店停車位寬敞，前台服務態度超級好，很熱情，帶孩子還送了一張早餐卷，主動加了一雙拖鞋，房間很大，很乾凈，房間外景色很美，推薦入住。
