房間比較陳舊，進入就有一股黴味。可惡的是check in 的時候前台告知有大床房可以讓我預訂的親子套房更換成同規格的大床房，進入房間後發現這大床房和我預訂的套間不是同一規格價格也完全不一樣，前台非説價格一致，後來仔細一查才知道完全不同，一個40平米，一個70平米，價格也不對。真是服了，明擺着暑期衹放出高價房然後看情況兑換成低價房。房間內衞生情況也堪憂，全是灰塵地毯上全是污漬也不知道清洗最最最受不了的床單上也有污漬…，衞生間還有很多黑色蟲子…迄今為止攜程訂到最差的房間。另外：床頭上説有的各種枕頭都是騙人的，問了回答衹有蕎麥枕…早上10點敲門説打掃衞生…都看不見我按的“請勿打擾”嗎？？

雖然是疫情期間，但第一次遇到這樣的服務，就完全沒有服務，外賣不讓進，服務人員不肯送房間、要體温計或是想借用一下體温槍，説沒有，都壞了，快七百的房費不如當地其他酒店兩百多的房間。又老又舊的房間。

在衞生間洗澡的時候，門關的夠嚴了，還是外面流了好多水，把鞋都給弄濕了，房間衹有兩瓶礦泉水，酒水吧竟然鎖着呢，很吵，窗户不隔音，太一般了。

酒店周圍環境非常好，綠樹成蔭，緊鄰水庫，綠植繁多，環境比較安靜，前台服務人員郭偲靚積極主動，熱情有禮，讓人感覺很舒適，唯一的不足之處有可能是綠植多的原因吧，蚊子稍微有點多，但還好房間有電蚊香，出門必選酒店…
