The location is pretty good, with plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs. However, the hotel's own breakfast is quite a letdown. There was no milk for the coffee, and the milk they did have was made from powder. The fruit also didn't look very fresh. I guess you get what you pay for.

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

After a lot of deliberation, we chose Hao Xiang, and it turned out to be the right decision! The hotel has both washing machines and dryers, which is perfect for families with kids. Downstairs, there are many restaurants, making dining incredibly convenient. We were on a self-driving trip, and parking was also very easy, plus they have charging stations. Highly recommend!

Located near Longwangtou Beach, the ocean-view rooms directly face the sea. The rooms are also very clean and spacious, far exceeding those of chain hotels, making for a very good stay experience 😌
