入住這裏就是看中出門沙灘近，但是性價比真的不高，六百多一晚，住樓頂白天熱死！白天空調也沒用，蟲子多，衞生間馬桶堵！最主要那個打掃衞生的阿姨態度真的不好，喊她愛答不理，欠她幾百萬一樣，我房間被單上有黃色還濕的一塊，她説洗不掉不想給我換，那我怎麼知道是尿還是什麼液體！還濕的有點噁心！後來不情願來換了。之後我拿開枕頭一看，好幾根男人的短頭髮在枕頭下面床單上，喊她來換，理都不理！！説沒洗掉很正常！！最後老闆娘親自拿被單上來給我換，老闆娘還是挺好的！還有一點就是門用的百葉窗，沒有窗簾拉到，晚上外面透過縫都看的很清楚，還要拿凳子浴巾吧門口堵一下，反正住的一晚不太舒服！！樓下是老闆娘自家的排檔，住的大門是排檔進去，門口不是特別好，老闆娘家的海鮮燒的還是可以的，五百多一桌吧！！給個小建議就是有來平潭島玩建議住小區的套房，我最後一晚住一百多平才四百多一晚，三四個房間，還可以下廚房。

千萬別住這家店民宿，首先服務態度就很差、問什麼都不理的、其次衞生狀況也很差、枕頭被子都不換的，臟的不得了，一個床給一個枕頭問老闆拿個枕頭都沒有、門口就是夜排擋距離住的房門3米、晚上吵得不得了，總之是我住過最差的一個，有過之而無不及

愛情海客棧有最佳的位置優勢，出客棧就是沙灘！他家吃住一體，海鮮燒烤、特色炒菜都有，很方便。如果太過講究的寶子們不建議，因為畢竟是客棧、民宿，跟酒店相比各方面來説還是差一點，但是就沖這個沙灘來説，住宿條件可以忽略。晚上很熱鬧，都是來吃飯唱歌的，很有煙火氣！來的這幾天都有在沙灘拉網的漁民，可以看到漁民們拉網捕魚小朋友們很興奮。住了4晚，有一晚看到了少量的藍眼淚，值得了！

圖片和實際入住給我們看的房子完全不一樣，我們定的愛情海，讓我們去隔壁農家小院去選房子，一樓門口房門打開就是一股黴味，房間巨小，廁所更是，好像個雜物間，黑不溜秋的，光線很差，連個正經窗户都沒有，，我們不滿意，説不是圖片上的，老闆説圖片是二樓海景房，我們定的一樓海灘房，無語，她根本不敢配一樓房間的圖出來，那種樣子誰會花錢去住，***啊，反正就一口説是這樣，説要住二樓就加錢，補差價，因為我們去的比較晚，天快黑了，沒辦法加了錢住的，真的印象太差了，避坑！！！

從平台訂的房，接到電話説訂的那棟沒有房間了，需要換到離這個愛琴海民宿30米以內的一棟去，到了現場後，發現實際房間和平台照片裏完全不對，同時發現帶我們去的是別的民宿，都不叫愛琴海了，然後，我們要求住換平台照片上的房間，老闆説需要加價才能更換。這完全是坐地起價！因為當初到達民宿的時間比較晚，附近也沒有合適的房子！壇藍灣地方很美，可惜出了這麼一檔子事！再去訂這裏坊子的朋友，請注意了！一定要問清楚！再下訂單！
