Very nice hotel!!! Rooms were great and very clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. We're enjoying our trip in Pingyao. The hotel gives us souvenirs and delivered us to Pingyao Gucheng train station for free. I will stay at this place again for sure next time.

This hotel is really really lovely! The design is beautiful too and the location is well chosen! The staff were so incredibly kind and had us have a room upgrade. They were willing to help us with any questions and organised an excellent ride from the hotel to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable with airco. The beds don’t only look nice they sleep nice as well.

I attach several photos: the Pingyao Grand Theatre is a historic site with many of the hallmarks of the temples I came to visit. The ancient building is beautiful. The hosts were welcoming with a demeanour befitting their valuation of their ancient building. Within minutes, the lady of the house was able to arrange for a car to take me to the wonderful temples at Xiaoxitian and Shuanglin. The other lady met me and arranged for a free transport to the railway station. It was a pleasure to experience ancient China for a couple of days. Xiexie

The environment is excellent. The hotel is converted from a historical building and the hotel operator spent lots to efforts to maintain the original store. The manager was extremely helpful and offered advice on the planning of our sightseeing arrangements.

The staff was very friendly, not afraid of foreigners, and used apps to translate. The location is very close to the main path and the building is very nice

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Pingyao Ancient City, a few steps away from the northern end of the famed Ming & Qing Street. Easy to locate and the lady in the reception is friendly and helpful. The public areas are clean and well tended to and needless to say very instagramable. If you had visited the Wang or Qiao family compound, this hotel will let you experience living in one of those courtyard chambers. The room combines old and modern touches with a modern toilet and comfortable old styled bed. Strong heating and a strong hot shower ensures you feel comfortable during the colder months. Great feeling that your hotel is right in the middle of the ancient city after tiring day of walking. The complimentary transfer to the train station and vinegar gift upon check out is a nice touch. You won't regret staying here.

The courtyard is beautiful and unique. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The boss will contact you in advance before arriving. The staff are very polite. The little girl at the front desk will introduce how to play in the ancient city. She is very detailed and the location of the small courtyard. Very good, quiet and very close to the busiest street

Must review! This time I booked a hotel for my parents. The lady boss was super nice. When I checked in to the hotel in advance, she asked my family’s arrival time in detail. She also helped us upgrade our room type for free if there was room available. She also parked the car in person on the same day. Field catch. Quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, clean and hygienic. With a child under one year old, I was particularly worried about poor hygiene, so I chose this hotel carefully. The house is quaint, said to be a 300-year-old house. The landlady upgraded the room with all disposable supplies. Most importantly, I don’t think it’s Chinese-style horror. We warmly contacted you for pick-up and drop-off the day before yesterday and provided full service. Friends with families can feel free to rush. The boss’s home also has travel photography, which takes place in the yard. Sisters who are afraid of social problems or have lazy husbands can make appointments. As soon as my husband leaves the room and puts on his clothes, he immediately participates in the travel photography. There is no excuse not to take photos.

After a day of shopping in Pingyao Ancient City, the overall environment is very good. Pingyao people are also very welcoming, so I chose to stay in the ancient city. I like this hotel very much, but unfortunately there were some problems along the way. However, the store manager was very proactive in handling the problem and solved the problem properly. The house itself is an old house, and I went to the city management for pick-up and drop-off. I also made an appointment with the store manager for shooting, tour guide, and car, and everything was fine. I am satisfied. The shooting is very beautiful.
