This hotel was lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean and was very well maintained. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and it was easy to have a good start to the day before heading to the slopes. The hotel had its own ski storage area. Heated lockers for boots and skis. The closest lift to the hotel is only a short walk but it is uphill. We used ski hire shop which was just over a 5 minute walk down hill. The hotel has a small pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. We looked forward to using these facilities each evening. Dinner was great. You selected your evening meal from a menu at breakfast. I have to say the restaurant staff were amazing, headed up by Giovanni we were always well looked after and always very friendly. We had a great ski holiday. Madonna is a lovely place and I’m sure I’ll be back to stay in this hotel again. Thanks again to Giovanni and the team for looking after us each day at breakfast and dinner.

The location of this hotel is excellent, easy walking distance to the main town square, restaurants and bars close by. My room was very modern, clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless and a very good shower. My balcony view was very good for the 2nd floor, even though I was facing another building. However, if I had stayed in the floor above, I’m sure the view would have been much nicer. When I returned from skiing, I was able to easily dry my skiing gear with the large towel rail. The button for the towel rail was a little bit concealed so it wasn’t in an obvious place. The staff were very friendly and helpful through the duration of my stay. I would like to mention a lady called Sara and she was always happy and bubbly and she made me very welcome. Also Sergio was very good with his delicious cocktails and also I want to mention a lady called Tatiana who made me feel very welcome, she gave me a wonderful full body massage and made me feel at home. Tatiana went above and beyond. I believe this hotel is run by a couple of brothers and they provide very good hospitality and I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We came to Italy as we cancelled our trip to France due to their restrictions at Christmas time. Turned out, was a great decision. The cleanliness, quality of rooms and overall feel of the hotel was lovely. I’m coeliac and I have never been so well catered for. Breakfast options and a choice of three for each of the three courses at dinner. Fabulous. The staff at the hotel were lovely. The lovely ladies in the restaurant and Sergio made superb cocktails in the bar. The ski locker room was excellent and the wellness spa a real treat at the end of the day. We definitely plan on being back one day!

Stayed at this hotel in January 2022. Cannot think of a negative word to say about the experience. We are a difficult couple to cater for as I have a severe nut allergy and my wife is gluten free. I was nervous about the food but Claudio and his team were amazing, explaining what I could eat safely. I'm pretty sure they altered the menu for the week to cater for me and keep nuts off the menu as much as possible. They had gluten free pasta and other options for my wife as well. The various pork main dishes were delicious and meals overall very good, the only thing I would say is I'm glad neither of us are veggie as those options seemed a bit limited. The rooms are huge! We had a massive living room space as well as comfy large bed (2 singles pushed together). There was an amazing amount of cupboard space and a safe to use for valuables. The spa area is also amazing! The pool was a godsend on the legs after a long day on the slopes and the sauna lovely as well. My wife mentioned that it was my birthday and after dinner they had left a bottle of bubbly in our room - an absolutely class touch! Capped off an amazing experience for us skiing the first time in Italy.

We stayed for a week at this hotel in mid January. Very good hotel facilities and room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Special mention of Sara in the dining room always smiling and happy. Sergio the bar man and wine waiter was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. The swimming pool is small but perfectly adequate for an after ski swim. The wellness centre has steam room and sauna. The hotel is located reasonably near to two lift station, but be prepared to walk uphill either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The hotel has a spacious ski room with secure access and locker storage. This is a vast ski area with lots to variety on the slopes, however the lift linking is complex and you must carry a piste map with you. On piste signs system is reasonably clear once you get to know the area. The restaurants and cafes are barely capable of managing to cope even at low season so be prepared to have either a very early or late lunch and wait for a table or indeed anywhere to sit down and eat. There are a number of pinch points on the ski area so be prepared to que and some pistes are very very busy to the point of becoming difficult and time consuming to pass through. Piste quality first thing in the morning is very good.

We enjoyed a great stay. The room was clean, spacious with a balcony and large windows. The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfasts were amazing and the evening menues was really delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the cable car station and accessible on foot. We also appreciated the ski locker room with heated boxes.

Great hotel with refurbished rooms. The rooms are spacious and very modern but comfortable, bathroom is great with a large walk in shower. Tv's are connected to the wifi, but no English channels. Communal areas are more traditional but are well maintained. Food was pretty good, staff were helpful & attentive. The bar are quite good with Sergio the barman in attendance, very knowledgeable, but not the quickest! Boot room is excellent with secure lockers with heated boot rack for each room, operated by the room key card. 2 lifts accessible within 100m of the hotel. For Apres near the hotel, try the Dolomiti bar. Would certainly go back to Madonna & this hotel, hopefully there would be a little more snow, but they did a great job of maintaining the snow they had.

This small recently refurbed hotel is situated between the Pradalago gondola and the foot of the world cup piste which is as convenient as many other hotels require some walking .This is a large village on a steep hill with rather spread out ski bases linked by a ski bus which is not on the ski pass and runs only hourly. Pros:warm.comfotable ,big rooms, walk inn shower, plenty hot water and smart TV showing NETFLIX.Waiter dinner service, reasonable wine list and great ambience with typical food Large warm boot room with boot heaters in the lockers Cons:coat hangers do not come off the rack,no english channels on TV,pillows large but non supportive, simple cold breakfast with only an egg on offer as hot choice and bar often unattended.
