很多設施壞了，不建議，有的燈也打不開，懶得找服務員，湊合了兩個晚上。退房時，遲遲等不來前台，不知幹什麼去了等了半個多小時才見人來。

I thought the workers seemed very uninterested and did not give the appearance of wanting to be there. From the lady at the front desk and the guy on the phone from calling to the front desk, none of them seemed to care too much about providing good customer service. It's one thing to not like your job, but it's another to be bad at it.
Then my room didn't even have hand soap.... really? For as expensive as the room was, it shouldn't have been lacking in any areas, especially this one.
I will stay elsewhere next time!

There was a dried stain of white liquid on our headboard . When we checked in and checked out there was a long wait as staff was not available at the desk - the restaurant closed early and there was no room service . They also told us parking was free and later charged us to leave the parking lot.

My only complaint of this property is that when the heat/ac unit came on, it had a high pitch sound which would wake me up. It sounded like the fan needed so TLC.

When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk. We waited until someone came out and neither of the two employees apologized for our wait and didn’t really greet us as if they were happy we were there. It was more like let’s get you checked in. When we left in the am, it was kind of the same at the front desk. He didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt. He just said you’re good. The interactions st this hotel did not make us feel like it would be a place we would come back to. We have stayed at multiple other hotels in the downtown area and were received much better.

The property was fine and the room was nice. Check in was such a nightmare and a headache.
My wife had called for my son and I. She was told to call that morning about an early check in. She called yesterday morning the lady was super nice and said they were doing 1:00 check in’s and to have my son and I to come in then. Which was really nice after our drive from ohio. We went to Lobby a man was behind the desk and we told him about the early check in. He said no check in is at 3. He said our room wouldn’t be done for another hour. He was very firm and rude. We said ok and I called my wife to pass time and told her what we were doing and why.
My wife called and asked about the confusion with the time. Again the very rude man told her it just depended on who you talk to get to go to your room. He said he let several people already check in and got their room. But we had to wait !
It was very unpleasant and we will surely stay elsewhere next time.

It’s right in the middle of where you want to be . Very walkable . The room was nice and it was also clean . We were in 1118 and the furnace was running all night , and loud . We had a tough time sleeping . We will stay there again. . Thank you

Great location-the hotel is in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants/shops/and bars around. The downside of this is the parking.
