the staff was friendly, my room was clean and had lots of space, the bed was SO comfortable I wish I could have brought the mattress home with me.

While everything else about this hotel was excellent, our room shared a wall with the elevator shaft and we were kept up all night long with the noise from the motor. It was quieter inside the elevator.

Check in clerk was rude when asked the amount of incidental charge would be. Very snappy, maybe she didn't have the answer and felt pressured but no need to be rude.

They didn’t have milk available for breakfast. The faucet in my daughters room was not I sealed properly and it flew out when the water was turned on.

The hotel was pretty nice and clean.
The front desk service were courteous and nice. Breakfast was good! The ladies servicing the breakfast were so sweet.
The only complaint I have is on my hotel reservation I requested extra towels. There were no extra towels in the room. Also called the front desk to request some. They said they would call us when laundry was done for extra towels. Not one call was made to let us know.

We couldn’t sleep on the 3 nights we stayed there at room 208. Loud and horrible noise (above 90 dB). Called to the lobby to report and change room. Attendant told us all rooms ending on 8 (108, 208, etc) that are next to the elevator will be the same and that they are sold out. Never ever we had experience a situation like this.

Hotel was near by my destination. Clean and easy access. My only complaint was the air conditioner in the room sounded like it would let off steam every so often and would wake me up.

The walls a paper thin. Kept hearing noise from the other room and hall ways. The rooms are decent but nothing special
