The room is not bad, but the photos are greatly embellished. Everything is quite old. No pans or forks. In general, there is a kitchen, but with such equipment you can’t cook anything. Not a comfortable mattress.

Great spot if you want to be away from the downtown area. Trying to get a taxi is very challenging and costly.

Terrible experience, our flight was delayed and we landed 11pm and we arrived at the building and no one was available and no one answered the phone when we tried calling to say we would arrive after 10pm. I hope they do the right thing and refund my money back.

They layout was nice but it was far from everywhere and it looked like it was in a bad area i took off with in 10min of getting there got a different place to stay

Our stay at Casa del Arbol was great! The pictures weren't 100% accurate but we got a GREAT price so were not complaining. The place was very clean. There was no patio furniture or anything outside on the huge patio.. just a cement table. Unfortunately the receptionists couldn't remember the wifi passwords so we had no wifi for the first night. We also noticed that the shower and the bathroom tap were shocking us while using the water. We did feel a little unsafe and that the electrical definitely isn't up to our standard. But again, we paid next to nothing for this penthouse so it wasn't the biggest deal. But this room was in a nice, safe and quiet location in Playa and allowed us to easily explore the city.
