와이프와 포천 여행 목적으로 프리미엄방 3주전예약..그리고 몇일전 처형네도 가신다고 예약함 그런데 여행당일 체크인 하고 방에 가보니 처형방은 넓고 좋은데 우리방은 그냥 일반실인데??? 방도 작고 방인테리어도 평범 처형네도 이거 이상한데…프런트에 전화하니 이게 프리미엄이란다…방도 이것밖에 없어 못바꿔준다 방은 선택할수 없다…이렇거면 내가 일반객실 예약하지 미쳤다고 돈 더주며 프리미엄 예약하냐..3주전에 그것도 이호텔 절대 프리미엄 예약하지마세요. 그냥 이방이 프리미엄이다 하면 그런줄 알아야 한다는건데 처형네하고 비교 가능하니 더 이건 절대 일반실임..꼭 예전에 크리스마스면 다 특실이라고 해서 돈 더받고 일반실 가는 기분임 절대 이호텔은….일반실만 예약하시길

Beautifully decorated rooms, clean, very spacious rooms with great amenities like claw footed bathtub, separate sitting areas, Korean facial lotions for him and her, comfortable chairs in sitting area and very comfortable bed. I loved that noise from other rooms or the outside was not an issue - very relaxing and quiet!
