Comfort Suites Near Mcas Beaufort

AC in the room kept popping the fuse. The beds were musty and the toilet was filthy. We stayed because no other hotels nearby had vacancy.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Even the elevator was filthy. There were hairs in the bed sheets & I’m pretty sure I got bit by bedbugs. I wanted to leave as soon as we saw the room but we had to be back on base in an hour and had to shower and change so there wasn’t time to find another room. That room was definitely the worst part of our trip and literally wanted to cry that we got stuck in such a dump. They also require a $150 incidental fee hold which they tell you about at check in. That’s more than most places and is odd since this hotel is really more of a roach motel. I didn’t see any roaches but I am sure they are there. There’s no way a place that gross doesn’t have roaches. The hallway on our floor smelled weird too. It was a thick, nasty, fishy odor. Do not stay here if you have ANY other in option!! They need to be shut down.

Location was great, room service was not good, put a request in for service never received it.

Property is older and pretty run down carpets in the room were dirty. AC was out on main floor for 2 days. But people working there are great.

Lobby, hallways and elevator was humid and hot. Check in was at 3, I did not get my room until 3:45 pm. My room was not fully stocked with toilet paper I had one open roll and no extras. I had no shower curtain. Complimentary breakfast was good and fresh. Customer service was not very good at the front desk. I will not stay here again.

I only used it to shower and sleep, however the A/C unit had a leak so the room smelled kinda musty. Aside from that it was good. Needs better coffee though

Overall it was well about the only thing I didn’t like was the parking was very tight and I had to call to get new towels,when I thought that house keeping would come in the room every day since we didn’t have a do not disturb card to hang on the door ,all the stuff was nice when you talked to them .

Secondly, the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities in the room were also great, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave, which added convenience to my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, from hot items like eggs and sausage to cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a selection included in the stay. Lastly, the location was convenient for my needs, with easy access to my son's graduation from Marine Bootcamp and restaurants. Overall, my experience at Comfort Suites was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel experience.

If I needed anything thing I could ask for it with no problem of getting it. Second time staying and will be again. Friendly and courteous
