We were super happy with our stay. Nice Location near shops, restaurants, and expressway.
We had a late night out event so we didn't check in until 2am but the front desk person was very welcoming.
The room was spacious and perfectly clean. Lots of nice extras in the bathroom and coffee bar area. Check out was noon but she gave us a 1pm late check out so we could sleep in and no one bothered us.
Only one oversight, the reservation was for 5 people and only 4 bath towels in the room/ 4 hand towels etc. We were too tired to call front desk for another bath towel so one of our teens just used a few of the smaller towels.
We didn't wake up for the hot breakfast which ends at 10am but Berry Very Cafe was just up the road and that's one of our favorited breakfast / lunch spots.

We arrived late and were exhausted. All we wanted to do was shower and go to bed after a long grueling day and had to leave early the next morning
About 15 minutes after our arrival we hear a gushing noise from the bathroom.
There was filthy water gushing from the ceiling into the bathtub.
We called the front office and they said there was nothing they could do and no other room available.
We were too tired to search for other accommodations. Went to bed feeling grubby and disgusting. Couldn’t shower on the morning either since the tub had dirty and most likely contaminated water in it.
Front desk offered us NOTHING when we checked out even though we profusely complained

Even with the remodeling going on, our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had lovely amenities. There was an extra sink and counter in the room, refillable body and hair care, great water pressure and the ac/heat unit was perfectly able to make your temperature comfortable . We arrived with only a few minutes left of breakfast but the breakfast lady was very sweet & attentive to what the kids and I wanted. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves some praise! She used to work with kids and she was younger - maybe in her 20’s? I also loved that the public restroom on the first floor had feminine products available for free- that was super exceptional to offer!

Disappointed to find renovations taking place on my floor. Plastic carpet covering. Protective covers in lift. Not particularly appealing.
For a non smoking hotel the room definitely smelt of smoke and the corridor also smelt of smoke.
