Aloft Portland Airport at Cascade Station

Let me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK! I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.

room had mold in shower and the rooms are not well laid if you need to charge your cellphone or notebook as the plug ins are down under the desk and night stand

Staff was awesome, especially the lady who made breakfast in the mornings her customer service was above and beyond expectations!

Be prepared, no microwaves in the rooms and everything in the village is veery expensive. Food farther away from the resort is more reasonable but harder to access. Beautiful property and beach

Very grumpy morning staff, basically grunted where to go to get shuttle. Shuttle took 30 mins and we were the first of the day

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to train making it easy to get around Portland

The room was great, shuttle service 24 hours available, very comfortable for the end of the trip - bar is great, love this place!

I was just there to sleep after a long international flight. I was picked up at the airport by their shuttle, which is a huge perk for me, and then greeted by a friendly receptionist. I got my room key went up and went to bed. The room was nice and clean and in the morning I had a nice shower and coffee in the room.

Nono @ the front desk was excellent and got us w park and fly deal rather than using QR code for parking. Super happy she suggested and saved us $$. Very friendly!!!
