Well located hotel, room was good and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was decent enough. Good value for money.

＞＞ PROS: - The AC from all rooms was working perfectly; - the check-in is very easy with codes everywhere, we had some complications with our code, but even tho it took some time for the staff to figure it out, they were very attentive, so it's also a good point besides the issue; - the shower was very good and the bathroom very pretty; - the living room is big and cozy, with cooking facilities, fridge, etc; - the terrace is also beautiful; - luggage storage possibility was very helpful for our check-out day; - the location is superb, within walking distance to everything you want to visit, near Bolhão station, and very near good "Francesinha" restaurants =) ＞＞ Cons: Nothing to dislike =) very happy with this stay. There was no communication from this property once we were there. There was no daily housekeeping throughout duration of stay - despite reservation clearly stating there would be. We were there for 3 nights with no change in towels, bedding or even toilet paper.

Great location and place

Firstly I would like to say this hotel went above and beyond. We booked this hotel in early 2020. Pre pandemic. 5 times we had to change booking due to lock downs and flight changes, management were amazing. finally got here June 2022 My only negative would be that breakfast didn't match photos from 2019, it was adequate. Only wrote this as is only place could improve. Rooms are traditional actually have an art nouveau feel. i liked it. Its very central for all attractions and not to far from the river front. Lots of restaurants and bars couple of streets away meaning hotel on quiet street. Go up onto the 5th floor as can see quite a lot of the city the sunsets are beautiful too.
