The apartment was very good, quite spacious and quite a few amenities.
It offered coffee, but the coffee machine was broken so couldn't use it.
And the other drawback was a lot of stairs and no elevator, so with the suitcases, it was complicated.
Therefore, the apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is new, well equipped (with washer and dryer), spacious, and squeaky clean. Far away from the Center tourist hell. Yet minutes away from two metro stations (Trindade and Bolhao), the Bolhoa market, and numerous cafes and eateries. The hostess was incredibly helpful with information for my questions, such as restaurant recommendations and best fishing village to visit.

Our host Raphael was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. There is no elevator.

Moved from a hotel on the river to a more centrally located property. Great location, easy walking to just about everywhere. The apartment was very nice furnished with modern and new everything. Really set up as an apartment with lots of storage for clothes and dishes, etc but not needed for a few days stay. The bedroom was small with a small double bed. I have to sleep on the coach because I was too tall (6'3") for the bed. Coach was not much better but... what's you gonna do.

The apartment was lovely, I couldn't get the washing machine/dryer to co-operate but the rest was just lovely, clean, well appointed. Great Air Conditioning! No lift was a minus fortunately I was on the first floor. The location is excellent.

Nice, clean newly refurbished apartment in the very centre. Flexible check in hours. No view since the windows are to the patio but thanks to this no noise is coming from the street.

Parking is 22euros a night nearby 2-3 blocks away. Good location and Susanna and Juliana were great. Very helpful staff. Some things like low water pressure (hot side) were unfortunate... and parking is expensive like most big cities are. Lots of pigeons outside the window and a subway right below give some additional noise to the apartment and the stairs can be a bit much for older ones.
