Ponto positivo, o hotel está muito bem localizado perto da balsa para Arraial e a passarela do Álcool. Isso realmente é o único ponto positivo, fora isso a estrutura do hotel é muito antiga, parece que nunca sofreu reforma ou melhorias, aa áreas comuns são empoeiradas e sujas ou mofadas. O quarto é grande, más o ralo tem cheiro a esgoto, banheiro e quarto também sujo e cheio de infiltrações. Os lenções pareciam ter sido usados, e os travesseiros velhos, fedidos.. não conseguimos relaxar e curtir nossos dias de férias como queríamos, uma pena, realmente.

Péssimo, vale a pena verificar as avaliações do Google( são mais realistas), pra não ser iludido com as fotos como eu fui.
A pousada parece um cortiço, os hóspedes penduram suas Roupas molhadas nos corrimãos dos corredores externos, os funcionários são mal educados e o espaço necessita de reformas urgentemente.

Ligamos no dia da minha viagem de lua de mel para confirmar o horário de chegada e só nesse momento informaram que o hotel estava fechado, tentaram transferir a gente pra outro hotel super longe e depois voltaram atrás dizendo que poderíamos ir pro hotel que fechamos mas não teria café da manhã, como havíamos fechado Não tem contato direto com ninguém sem contar o descaso de NÃO AVISAREM com antecedência Péssimo não se hospedem

A localização é excelente, o atendimento e os funcionários são receptivos, o café da manhã é muito bom e a limpeza é razoável. O que deixou mesmo a desejar foi a cama do quarto em que nos hospedaram, no ato da reserva eu solicitei cama de casal, no entanto nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntas e com colchões de péssima qualidade, resultado: noites mal dormidas.
Retornarei outras vezes à Porto Seguro, mas com certeza, não mais para este estabelecimento.

Hotel mal cuidado, muitas infiltrações, banheiro sujo, sem água quente a noite pois o boiler era desligado, poucas toalhas e um pão recheado no café da manhã com larvas de bichos. Estou dando nota 2 somente pela cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Tinha tudo para ser bom. Só faltou capricho e cuidado com o empreendimento. Uma pena.
