Outstanding service in a genuinely unique hotel, full of character and of the highest standards.

Fantastic

The room is big and beautiful, and the location is very good, but there is no kettle and tea bags in the room. The attitude is very good and they said they would arrange it immediately, but then I forgot about it. Overall it is very good and worth it

The difference in location, service and quality was clear. The hotel can be recommended in every sense. I also recommend very high quality restaurants around the hotel. The “Old Town” is 10 minutes by car, but I recommend you to walk from the bridge next to the hotel. You will witness a historical masterpiece. I will choose this hotel again on my trip to Prague.

The hotel check-in was a bit slow, the restaurant on the first floor tasted good but might not suit our taste, the hotel entrance was a bit small and easy to miss.

Hotels are hard to find

MO Prague has a great location - nestled in a nice and quiet neighborhood but still close to all attractions and view points, especially Charles’ bridge. Also, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. MO Prague has unbeatable hospitality. We got upgraded to a suite but without walk-in shower, we expressed our needs of a walk-in shower, they really made a big effort on it and moved us to another very very nice suite that made my wife and I speechless. If you are like me having difficulty getting in and out of a tub then make sure you get a walk-in shower when booking your room. Breakfast was okay, it was slightly below average compared to other MO locations. In-room dining was pretty good - good quality salmon and delicious spaghetti. Gym is nicely equipped with weight lifting equipments but the treadmills probably need upgrades. MO Prague is a great hotel to stay when in Prague. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near the river, the castle and the park. It's just over the Charles Bridge from central Prague and so everything is in easy reach. The hotel is in an old monastery and has been beautifully renovated to show the windows and stonework from the past. The rooms are spacious, with baths and pretty touches. I didn't have a huge window as I was near the top of the building but it was still bright and felt open and fresh. The staff are lovely, very polite. Breakfast is a buffet but you can also order from the menu. There is plenty to choose from at the buffet - fruit cereal pastries hot food and deli selection. The bar has some lovely cocktails and there are a couple of outside spaces to enjoy reading, working, drinking.

Had a fantastic stay at MO Prague from July 13 to 16. Wonderful location and legendary MO service. Irina and Martin were especially gracious and took great care of us. Appreciate the location only mins from Charles River Bridge, but not in the crazy tourist-filled midst of Old Town. Had breakfast at MO all three days and it was wonderful. It was so good and filling that we only ate one meal (dinner) on days of our trip. My wife had a massage at the spa and loved it.

The welcoming was very warm and polite. The hotel staff were so helpful. The room was fabulous. It is located in a very pleasant neighborhood and the distance to the city center is a few minutes walk only. Highly recommended! Can't wait to be back to MO Prague.

Mandarin Oriental in Praque is a wonderful Hotel.Great Location & service was exceptional. The restaurant in hotel was exceptional.. We loved it ! The staff were great. Assisted me & my wife with everything .. It's definitely 5 star experience.
