Definitely love this place. The room & toilet were very clean; the bed was very comfy and the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were just what we needed. The decorations were unique. The atmosphere was peaceful and very cosy. Very kind and friendly staff, especially Nafissa from Kazakhstan; she was super helpful not only during the sudden booking and check-in in the middle of the night but also throughout our stay. Definitely a great service from Nafissa. Very good location. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Prague in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.

Kristina the Reception Manager was extremely helpful and nice to deal with! The hotel was very clean and was as advertised. The hotel had a nice atmosphere with period artwork and furniture. It was close to transit so getting around was easy and there were lots of good dining options.

Staff is rude, cleaner seemed the friendly one. Facilities poor half of the things that hotel with 5 stars should have had was not in a room, ended up running and asking for it. The service is so poor beyond the ground, their star rating has to be re-qualified they certainly don’t reach to five star hotel 3 if lucky. I got attracted to interior design. I cannot call my stay as pleasant.

We stayed here in October 2016 but forgot to leave the review until now. The hotel property is located in an area that's safe and convenient enough to the subway station and shopping district, and it's about 10 minutes walk to the old town. We loved the hotel a lot--both the room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful--we had a wifi problem and they immediately came to fix the router in the room. The decoration might seem a bit aged but nonetheless lovely and gave the hotel a nostalgic atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with the made-to-order main course. If we go to Prague again the future, we'll consider staying here again.

Es un hotel con una decoración curiosa. Cada habitación está dedicada a un general famoso, de diferentes países. Destacable la comodidad, pero lo que lo hace especial es la amabilidad de su personal, que te hacen sentir especial. Estuvimos muy a gusto

L'albergo si trova in buona posizione, a circa venti minuti a piedi dal centro, oppure in soli cinque minuti utilizzando i tram. Personale molto accogliente e cordiale. Servizio di check-in e check-out rapido. Servizio wifi semplice da utilizzare e veloce. Suite molto grande e ben strutturata, con letti molto comodi e lo stesso i cuscini. Arredamento un po' datato ma tutto molto ben tenuto e molto pratico, con armadi e cassetti dove riporre abiti e cose varie. Anche i bagni sono molto grandi, nella suite presidenziale ce ne sono due, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia. Sono davvero comodi e ben strutturati. L'hotel disponde di un pratico parcheggio interno a pagamento. Per noi che abbiamo raggiunto Praga in auto è stato molto importante non dover lasciare la macchina in strada. Peccato la colazione. Non è a buffet ma a la carta. Già questo la rende meno interessante. Inoltre il servizio è molto lento. Siamo stati cinque giorni e ogni giorno abbiamo aspettato circa venti minuti solo per poter fare l'ordinazione, poi altri venti minuti e anche di più per ricevere le pietanze. Quindi in totale serve oltre un'ora per fare colazione. Decisamente troppo. Inoltre due giorni su cinque alcune cose presenti nel menù non erano disponibili.

嘿,我正在寫的是2009年12月30到31日我在布拉格上將酒店(Hotel General)的住宿。 我必須說這次住宿棒極了。酒店從裝飾到員工各方面都很好。員工非常親切,當我們把護照忘在前一家酒店時,他們幫我們忙取了回來。酒保令人愉快。如果再到布拉格(Prague),我一定還會住在這兒。位置很好,沒有正靠近景點,但也走不了幾步路(到查理大橋(Charles Bridge)15分鐘左右)。
