Not as the critics described but descent. Our rooms were small and you could see the dust in many places. The bathroom needs some changes and better cleaning. But they have also more modern and new rooms in different floors. The bed was comfortable and the heat was working really good.

This is a great apartment...super comfy bed, mini kitchen so drinks nice and cold, big tv and a great bathroom, spotless clean. 100 metres from the Heydrich memorial church and easy walkable to the Museum Underground stop in ten mins...only issue is the building is being refurbed and the lift is not operating at the moment...and my god do you feel all those steps to the fifth floor!

The Residence Vaclavska is a great place to stay at. The apartments, which vary in size from spacious to fairly compact, are all well-equipped with large beds, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a large bathroom and a safe. Check-in is straightforward, and the staff are all very helpful. The location is great, being close to Karlovo Namesti metro and trams only a 3 minute walk away, while the Old Town and Wenceslas Square are a 10-15 minute walk. Plenty of eateries, pubs/bars and supermarkets close by too. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again
