The room was very dated and not kept well at all had bugs and I stayed 3 nights my room was never cleaned or new towels I won't ever stay there again ever!!

This place is a haven for migrant workers. They threw loud parties in the parking lot every night. They even cooked with bbq grills below my room. This is not a family hotel or even some place you would go to rest. It’s fine for migrant workers who want to party. Spend the extra money and stay someplace else if you are expecting a normal hotel.

I was playing in a weekend tournament in Prattville at the RTJ across the street. Perfect location for that. Standards are exactly as you’d expect from this type of hotel.

Would definitely recommend NOT staying at this hotel. To begin with, our door would not lock and when brought to the attention of the staff, we were told nothing could be done. When we asked for another room we were told there were none available (a quick peek in the parking lot revealed there were only 4 cars). We were finally able to self repair the door. After that we noticed the bathroom door would not close, the overall condition of the interior was poor to say the least and after waking up the following morning we saw what could only be described as small bugs in one of the beds. Steer clear!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Lamps needed to replaced, falling apart. Bathroom door needs to be replaced. Look like mold on the bathroom door. Room stayed moist. The floors were even wet. Now i am sick. Do not stay in room 214!

The first night there were small bugs (fleas?) in the bed. I asked for clean laundered sheets. I only got a clean top sheet not a clean set (fitted and top).

Our first room had chips on floor and bed with what appeared to be urine stains. The staff gave us another room in which beds were better but the smell was unbearable with what looked like urine in floor or ac leaking. We were told we could be approved a refund but it has to come through *******. The customer service with ******* trying to confirm this was a nightmare with no resolution so we are waiting to see if the refund gets processed. Aside from all this the 2 gentlemen at front desk were exceptional and so kind/understanding. The clerk Vee was probably one of the best people I’ve dealt with during a situation as this. I would not recommend this place unless you go in person and see your room prior to paying!!
