"The room was generally clean and tidy, and the accommodation environment was comfortable. The location is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but still within an acceptable range, so transportation is quite convenient. The hotel has a sauna available, and there are popsicles outside the sauna for guests to enjoy. The only downside was encountering an older female front desk staff member during my stay whose service attitude was not very friendly (especially towards foreign guests, but she was quite pleasant with Koreans), which left a bad impression. Aside from that, the overall stay was decent."

"The hotel is right in the middle of Gopchang Alley, and the entrance was incredibly hard to find. When I arrived, I honestly thought, 'Oh no, this looks dodgy.' But just as other reviewers mentioned, the owner, an older woman, was so kind, which was a huge relief. The room felt a bit chilly because the ondol (underfloor heating) was off, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately helped. They even suggested using the electric mat under the futon. When I asked for extra water, they gave me plenty, and I even shared some of my huge takeout oden with them... She was incredibly kind, like a favorite aunt! (laughs) Because of its location right in Gopchang Alley, there was noise until late at night, so I kept the TV on. It was great that I could watch YouTube and Netflix in the room – I even watched the BTS comeback there! Step outside and you're surrounded by places to eat and drink, and Gukje Market and Bupyeong Kkangtong Market are right nearby, making it super convenient for shopping. There's also a bus stop very close by, so I could go anywhere easily. The only thing was that the entrance looked a bit like a love hotel... and well, the room did too, if you think about it. (laughs) But for the price, the room was more than spacious enough. All the amenities were provided too. I'd definitely recommend this place for its convenience over a luxurious hotel stay! I could even see Busan Tower from my room, and the illuminations were beautiful."

"We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days. Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes). I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!"

"Although the location is outside Busan, it's 30 minutes' drive to Nanpu cave or zagalchi, so it's not bad. There is a park around the hotel where you can walk, and it's better to have pine trees and the sea. It was a bit unfortunate that I couldn't take a walk properly because the time and the weather were not good. The nearby amenities were not too bad. There was also a Park Gane Sundubu restaurant that opened early in the morning, so I was able to solve breakfast. Hotel breakfast seems to be not operating properly. It would be better not to expect. It feels like a half-intelligent and needs people who don't know if they are staff or boss, but they were kind. Anyway, it wasn't bad for the price, so it was a good place to stay overnight."

"The hotel has an excellent location near Seomyeon Station. From Exit 7, take the nearby elevator to street level, then it’s about a 10-minute walk. Restaurants, Olive Young, and Daiso are all close by. The room exceeded my expectations—clean, bright, and comfortable. My room type included two bathrooms, which was very practical. Some food are not allowed upstairs, but the lobby has a dining area, and free simple breakfast is provided. On checkout day, I realized I had left my passport at a supermarket. The staff were patient and helpful. They assisted with phone calls to track it down and offered clear advice on next steps. I appreciate their professional and caring service. Highly recommended."

"I recently stayed at the brawn for a business trip. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, a large desk, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to public transportation and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to business travelers."

"Amazing service from the hotel management! Busan is hyped up due to BTS Arirang Tour which also a Festa - their annivesary celebration. The hotel had arranged a mini event for all ARMY guests who stayed here! There is a BTS wall and ARMY notes frame too! Super excited! 1. Room cleanliness -＞ superb! The decor and the interior is minimalist but clean. I love the white-wood interior design. The shower room-toilet is clean! For guests: the toilet here has a bidet! 🤩✨️ 2. Room bonus point -＞ complete toiletries, bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows! I love the towels too, white clean and fluffy. Full length mirror! Each room got a luggage locker. Luggage locker can be used by the guests for luggafe keeping even after check-out when we want to travel around Busan until the train schedule. Just inform the staff and they will help. 3. Room improvement -＞ for girls travelling together with all the skincare, haircare and makeup tools, we need another table. 4. Room safety -＞ I noticed there is an emergency light inside the room, fire extinguisher and emergency line to climb down from the window. Really amazed for the compliance to the safety regulations! I feel safe staying here. 5. I love the lobby decor. The hotel is self check-in but the staff are very proactive in helping/guiding the guests for check-in. There is pantry in lobby lounge and all hotel guests may take and help with the coffee, tea and some other beverages provided. PS: their water purifier is COWAY brand! 6. The breakfast served is good! I love the yogurt and the fruit cup! 7. We are really thankful for the kindness and the hospitaliyt of the hotel staff. My friend and I can wait for 1 hour in the hotel lobby for our train schedule. We can enjoy dinner in the pantry area and enjoy some coffee too even after we checked out in the noon. "We stayed here on the last day of our family trip to Busan. After spending two nights in Haeundae, we couldn't properly enjoy the beach due to strong sandy winds caused by the tall buildings. But at The Moore in Gwangalli, we finally got to walk on the sand and fully take in the ocean views. The pool villa's location is excellent, and the facilities are spotless. The sauna and foot bath were perfect for unwinding. Netflix was already logged in, so I enjoyed a cup of coffee and watched some shows while the kids swam, getting a nice little break. And it was great to listen to Shin Seung Hun's music on the LP player after so long! Haha. The elevator also had restaurant recommendations. The kids ordered pizza from one of them, and it was delicious. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so finding a place to eat was easy. Breakfast was a croissant sandwich, which I love, so I enjoyed it thoroughly. Oh, one small thing: the body wash in the shower was brand new, but the cap wasn't removed, so it took a bit of effort to open it. Haha, it's not a real inconvenience, but just a heads-up for when they set things up. I was looking for a comfortable place with good bedding since my parents were with us, and this was absolutely perfect. It was even more satisfying than the LCT, where we stayed for two nights."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."

"This is a clean hotel close to Ilgwang Station. I have visited a few times for business trips, but this time I came with my family during the holidays. It is a shame that there are no ocean-view rooms, but the sea is close enough that I can just walk there."
