"A beautiful place with a pool set in lush greenery. The accommodation is spacious yet intimate enough for the staff to provide personalized service. They are very helpful, especially Ismael. Finally, the host was very attentive and even shared his meal with us upon our arrival!"
"An absolutely perfect, fabulous, magical stay. We spent 5 nights as a family at Es Saadi Palace in a Ksar villa. The place is truly unique, the Palace is surrounded by magnificent gardens and a vast pool area. The staff is very professional, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Everything is tastefully decorated. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh produce... the restaurant is luxurious, and in the evening there's live music (guitar). On the third floor of the Palace, we had dinner at a Moroccan restaurant with traditional musical ambiance. An unforgettable holiday. A big thank you to everyone! We will definitely be back."
"I rarely write reviews, honestly, I'm a bit lazy, but Palais Tinmel Marrakech was truly the most pleasant and special riad during my 8-night trip in Morocco – I just have to praise it! 🥹 The entire riad is absolutely beautiful. The terracotta-colored traditional Moroccan architecture, the bougainvillea filling the courtyard, the tall palm trees, the small pool on the terrace, and those incredibly well-designed arches and staircases – every single detail has so much character. Anywhere you snap a picture, it looks like a magazine spread! 😅 What truly impressed me the most was the service, which was incredibly good! Whether it was Mouaad at the front desk or the staff serving breakfast, everyone was so patient, friendly, and genuinely sincere. There was absolutely no sense of being rushed; it felt like being cared for in your own home, which was incredibly heartwarming. ❤️ The location is a little off the beaten path, but I think that's actually better. It's quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, making for a truly relaxing stay. For anyone who hasn't experienced a riad before, I highly recommend this one. This accommodation gave our Morocco trip an absolutely perfect start, and I strongly recommend it to every friend visiting Marrakech! ✨✨"
