a clean comfortable hotel which features a swimming pool. the staff are attentive & efficient. it is a bit of a slog on foot from the railway station but there are regular buses which stop virtually outside running to antibes & cannes which are close.

Good position for the cannes yachting exhibition, quiet and very close to Juan Les Pins and the sea. Amazing staff, very fun and professional :) Bike rent in the premises, pool and amazing food for dinner :)

Our stay here was good. The rooms were clean and well presented. The owner has plans to update them soon but everything is in good order. All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with a nice area to relax and a good choice of drinks. The evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic and was very much enjoyed

Hotel de la Mer was clean and the staff friendly and helpful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom although clean was not well maintained. The pool area was not inviting and a bit overcrowded with furniture.

We had a fantastic stay! The owner is very friendly and ensures guests have a great stay. The free on-site parking is super convenient given the fact that it would be impossible to find a parking spot in the area if the hotel did not have its own parking lot. The pool area is really nice. It’s a friendly environment. We’ve made tons of friends. The hotel is super close to the beach. 5 min walk to le vieux rocher beach: the most beautiful and fun beach restaurant in the area. Juan les pins is a bit too crowded so we stayed at the vieux rocher beach the whole time.
The only minus is that there’s no elevator in the hotel. But it’s a two stories building with short steps.
We will definitely go back!

The hotel is very much stuck in the 1990's, and needs to be refurbished. The rooms, the décor and the overall operations are not fit for purpose for the Riviera. The pool, with barely enough pool chairs for 8 guests left much to be desired as well. We ended up going to the beach since we couldn't sit anywhere beside the pool at around 10:30am. In addition, the annoying entrance door beep could be heard at all hours even on the 3rd floor. The room amenities were minimal and outdated. The remote control for the A/C unit was also missing. Positive point, they let us check in early which was appreciated. But for the price, there are many other better alternatives in the area.
