Food was awful, staff were lazy room was dirty and falling apart , in games room no balls for pool table or football table , when eating dinner chef was staring us down and one positive I have about the place is the skiing part they were very helpful in telling us how to put on gear and the ski gear was good

Clean hotel, bar man was nice and most staff tried their best. However, the hotel director was very abrupt and rude to our group on several occasions. Locks on doors were broken when we arrived; these were eventually fixed 2 days later. There was a smashed TV in one room when we arrived, and broken shower doors in several rooms. Facilities are not what is advertised; there is a games room with a pool table, but the hotel staff were not permitted to give us the balls so we could play. This was also the case with the football table. We would not return to this hotel.

We went with a school. The skiiing was amazing. Resort is great. The hotel is decent but the management were aggressive and antagonistic. Wouldn’t recommend a school to go there. The food was ok. The breakfast offered a decent range. All that was good was soured by the behaviour of the manager

Great value for your money, perfect for family and skiers.
Only 15 minutes from Tonale ski tracks and 7 minutes from the Ponte di Legno center.

Nice place even if it needs renovation, good cleanliness, rooms not very organised, reception staff very cold and detached. on the other hand, excellent catering service, the food is very good and in the restaurant Mrs. Sandra pampers the customers making them feel at home, as do the very friendly and kind as well as tireless waiters and then also the Top bar corner with Flavio, an excellent bar man but also a friendly person and very nice

VERY OBSCENE, truly horrible, raw food, I didn't eat for 5 days. VERY DIRTY ROOMS. Furthermore THEY STOLEN €320 FROM US FOR NOTHING... The staff is surly and arrogant. HOTEL ABSOLUTELY TO CLOSE. there are no words to describe the disgustingness of this hotel…. It was better at home

BAD! Inedible food, dirty rooms and rude staff. They didn't even give us the deposit money back and accused us of events that didn't happen because of us. DO NOT GO! They don't even change the linen, rooms not of the expected number and the food was even recycled before our eyes. Place to forget, week to forget, food to forget.
