Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work. The apartment was a little further from the beach than I imagined but that was nothing since I imagined it to be a 20sec walk and it was a 3min walk. Not a problem. I just thought I could see the beach from my balcony. Lovely stay, great service and BEST Italian inclusive breakfast!

Apartment very save, well equipped and clean. Good space. Close the beach, about 350m walk or with bike. Beach both possible, bring your own chair or rent there. Small mini mart/bakery near by to do your own breakfast, also nice balcony to sit outside. Can recommend this place.

Siamo stati a I Cinque Pini per la terza volta e siamo totalmente soddisfatti anche questa volta. La prossima prenotazione in autunno è già stata effettuata. Appartamenti spaziosi e puliti in una posizione eccellente e un'atmosfera amichevole in casa Christine

Siamo stati a Follonica per un meeting di nuoto Personale gentile e sorridente, camere pulite e spaziosissime Colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salato (ottimo per gli atleti) Se dovrò tornare a Follonica il prossimo anno saprò dove soggiornare

Es war schade das an der reception niemand da war. Da wäre der eintritt besser statt gefunden
Aber wenn ich längere zeit wieder nach follonica komme werde ich wieder bei ihnen übernachten. Werde sie auch weiter empfehlen

Dimora residence ben tenuta, la suite era carina e con giusto spazio. C'era un bel terrazzo, ed è munita di parcheggio sia privato che pubblico. Spiaggia a 300 m circa. Promenade di Follonica lunga e con pineta adiacente. Posizione dal centro 1 km, vicino alla stazione centrale. Colazione abbondante anche se ripetitiva. Personale e reception gentilissimi.

Struttura pulita e moderna, l'appartamento spazioso e confortevole, con aria condizionata e terrazzino vista mare. Staff disponibile. Gradito l'utilizzo gratuito delle bici. Molto raccomandato, ci ritorneremo 😊

Stanza molto grande Ben arredato e soprattutto molto ben pulita.....alla reception personale gentilissimo .... comodissimo l'utilizzo delle bici a disposizione per ogni cliente e considerando che il centro dista a circa 1km alla sera se non si vuole camminare fanno comodo..👍

Purtroppo c'è la ferrovia rumore dei treni che non ti da il confort necessario in vacanza.residence che si presenta bene buona la colazione. Suite che non sono tali hanno solo prezzo eccessivo!!!. Mancanti di accessori piani appoggio ecc..NOTE CHE GIA DA ANNI VIENE SAGNALATA LA MANCANZA. MA COME DIRE...alla gestione "non gliene puo fregar.de meno" in barba all attenzione al cliente
