Overall it's good place to visit with a beautiful setting for sure. The beaches at the resort are great for snorkelling. Service is hit and miss at bars and dining. No self-serve anything is disappointing.
Bus service is a neat ride once but brutally inefficient vs. walking. Other resorts have continual hop-on/off cart style shuttles which are superior for getting around.
Lots to do, but it's difficult to figure out what those things are until you stumble upon them. Shows are late in the day.
Buffet food varies from great to inedible day-to-day and hour-to-hour. Breakfast is consistently good. I dislike having table service forced on me for a buffet style, even at the snack-style places near the beach.

Resort was exceptional. Very clean and friendly staff. Food on buffets needs some improvement. Was nice to have nightly entertainment and to be able to visit any of the resorts. A lot of things to do without having to leave the resort.

This is the most friendly resort I have ever been to. Everyone was very polite and helpful. There was plenty of activities, the pools and grounds extremely clean and the food was excellent.

There is usually something redeeming about a resort that is all inclusive however, in this case, the beach was full of sea**** and sharp rocks in the water, and on the sand, the pools were cold. None of them were heated not even the kids pools. The food options were limited, and it was very difficult to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We spending a lot of money at the arcade, because there was really not much else to do.

We loved this hotel. Dining was great at all restaurants. There are multiple activities for kids and adults, i just wish more of them had no additional fees. Room was a little outdated but not in bad condition.

Everything was good. We like the food, a lot of activities for kids and adults. Rooms just need some upgrades. Overall I can give 4 of 5 starts. I will recommend this hotel for our friends.

We were happy with the resort overall, food was very average, our room ( caribe) was very old/ outdated but every worked, the whole resort was pretty and the beach is amazing ( that was the reason we came to this resort. Activities were just ok
