Rooms are not how like the photos show. Not clean, up to quality and old dirty walls. Great choice of food with many restaurants. Overall 6/10

Beautiful place. Very nice beach. Not too crowded. Received very good service. Some food was good, some was only ok, but nothing terrible. Only real complaint was we had a room with a rooftop pool which was not in good shape, so we did not use it. Unfortunate because we were pretty excited about that feature, but it just meant we had to go all the way outside to one of the 4 other pools…tough life.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! All were friendly and very responsive to the needs of all guests, great job! The hotel was not fully occupied but if you want a spot by one of the pools you better be down by the pool by 8:00 a.m. as the chairs fill up FAST! They don't allow dinner reservations unless you are not Diamond member or buy a bottle of wine, then you can reserve a spot. The Japanese Hibachi restaurant was great! The steakhouse was TERRIBLE! I ordered a NY ***** which was really a flank steak and was filled with gristle! Portions were small at all of the restaurants. The buffet was good with a wide selection. The beach was great and had staff serving drinks, NICE!

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. I had intended to stay in the Royalton Splash Riviera but mistakenly booked this one instead. The reservations department didn’t give me any option to change it without penalty so I ended up staying with this reservation. I instead opted for the Diamond Class at this resort, in which case, we were expected to get a butler in the room, stocked full of premium drinks, but never had any of those. Making dinner reservations was extremely frustrating as well. All of the drinks were watered down and terrible, and the food were either too bland or too salty.
The experience was awful to say the least and because of this, I would not return to this resort anymore.

Check-in took hours. Some rooms at 10:00 pm still weren’t ready. (We had 7 rooms that we booked)
But once in, the rooms were wonderful!!!

Property was being very big with lots to do. The transportation is expensive and they only allow their overpriced taxis . Place is in need of renovation but collectively Its beautiful.

Front desk staff was terrible. They didn’t have a room for us when we got there at 9pm. Told us we wouldn’t have a room for 2 days.

It was horrible only was good was the zen restaurant! Swim out pool water was cold the entire stay . Bed linens were filthy room service food cold . Not worth your money
