Wanted to see about staying a few extra hours in hotel and willing to pay for the 4 extra hours I had a medical issue that I need to test a few hours before getting on plane. Willing to pay the $60 to stay a few more hours and was told $60 was only for two hours that to stay the extra 4?hours would be a full night charges. The hotel with out a heart

The pictures on the website don't match. The entrance we used was nowhere near as nice as the picture. Room and the rest of the hotel run down. Furniture in the room did not even match and I don't know what they were trying to do with the giant headboard and regular sized bed. I did not feel safe in the area or in the room. Hallway was dark and needed more light. On a Sunday we could not get anything to eat in the area or in the hotel. Would not recommend.

Environment: The external environment is not ideal. Considering the price of facilities, sanitation and services, the price-performance ratio is good among similar hotels in Papeete. It is also within walking distance to the pier, main market, main street, and tourism bureau information center.

We arrived late in PPT so stayed for 1 night. The first room on 3rd floor was small and AC didn’t work. We were moved to 1st floor, bigger and nicer room with AC. The hotel is older, tired looking, clean and ok for 1 night. Staff was helpful. Bottles of water and hot water pot in room. No food available.

Close to cruise ship terminal, 10 min. walk to downtown area with food and other shops. We used it for a day stay and the air conditioning, shower and bed worked great for a rest before late airplane trip. Front desk made taxi reservations and even got us in an hour earlier. They spoke enough English to understand our needs.

The person at the front desk was super nice.
I thought it was a great deal for the money. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a weekend night and being downtown. The young people were a little rowdy outside of the building. I live in San Francisco and it is much noisier here. We had some kind of a premium room and it was really nice. We were not on the top floor and did not hear noise from any of the adjoining rooms. Papeete hotels are super expensive, but this one was not.
