I really liked this hotel. All of the staff was nice, food was decent, and the entertainment was awesome. Learn some Spanish and Stay on the property when visiting the DR this is a poor country and a lot of parts look unsafe. The only complaint is the couch in the villa smelled horrible. Like previous people had went and played in the ocean and came and sat on the couch, however, I did not let management know so I can’t really complain also had trouble getting the tub to work.

So far everything is okay, nice pool area, gym also OK. TV and WiFi disastrous. TV Problematic with the internet, very annoying because the internet was way too slow, one night even a total failure. Watch out for extras. For example late check out until 3pm costs 25 US$ plus 18% tax plus 10% service charge, madness???? And, beware of the misleading booking. Because Garden View rooms are actually on the side of the street - so no garden. Only pool side rooms have garden etc. Restaurant prices very very high due to additional taxes and fees.

Our stay at TRS Cap Cana was FANTASTIC! Yes, there is algae, but that did not take away from the great time my husband and I had. The hotel is beautiful despite some updating it may need. The staff was so friendly; Alejandro was a master at the grill. The waiters, Baily, Juan, and Melvin, were phenomenal. Angel, the pool bartender, made delicious mixed drinks. The vibe is quiet which I loved. We went to Punta Cana for much-needed R&R and TRS was just the place for that. We plan to return.

I was pleasantly surprised with the family, friendly atmosphere. Our first dinner we where greeted by a very friendly Mr Esequiel. He took our orders, gave recommendations to some of the foods and drinks that we might like and even helped me find a great place to propose to my future wife. Mr Esequiel’s daily, professional, kindness and warmth was something that myself and my fiancé looked forward to whenever we had our wonderful meals, drinks and desserts and of course his fellow colleagues were just as helpful. We felt like we where coming to have a meal with family there. My fiancé Marley and I will most definitely come back and stay here at Four Points Puntacana again. This review is for the UNIQUE part of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. My wife and I spent 4 nights in May 2023. We had an amazing time during our stay that was nothing short of amazing. Our butler Victor was amazing and made sure no question went unanswered, no request was too much for him. We spent most of our time in the UNIQUE specific amenities (Restaurant/Bar/Beach/Pool) – the breakfast and lunch buffet very tremendous, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh passionfruit at breakfast. The service at the beach was great, rarely did we not have a passionfruit margarita in our hands. The restaurants for dinner (We did the Steakhouse, the French restaurant, the UNIQUE only restaurant and the restaurant where UNIQUE members don’t have to pay extra to eat at) where all really good – the food was always very tasty, the presentation was appealing to the eye and service was friendly and fast. The room was clean, quiet and we always came back to a perfectly made room after our time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The hotel has a car at counter 35 at the airport exit, but there is a fee of 40 dollars for a family. Check out to the airport, there is also a car to send, but also pay 40 dollars per family. The wait time was very long when checking in. The waiters seemed to be very busy and very inefficient. The room sanitation is so-so, and the towels and bedding feel very old and not clean and white. But it feels very good after moving in. The hotel is very large and it takes two days to familiarize yourself with the environment. All-inclusive food and drink, including drinks, there are many restaurants with different dishes, very rich, and rich in seafood. There are also many small living rooms that provide food and drink during non-dinner times. In short, you can find food at any time. The beach and sea water are very beautiful. There are different large-scale show performances every night, which is surprising because I did not see the introduction of the show when I booked the room. All inclusive of eating, drinking and having fun at the hotel, a great experience. The test for the new coronavirus is provided free of charge the day before departure, and the result is obtained on the day of departure. You need to present the test result when you check in.

Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com

I was most surprised by the quality of my room and the wonderful service I received at Riviera Punta Cana Eco~Tourism Hotel. For the price I paid, it was hands-down the best in the area and perfect for my long term stay. The room was so clean & was well-maintained throughout my 2 weeks. It was comfy, cool, and relaxing and the best part, I was only 5 minutes walk to the beach, perhaps 3 if I had walked faster. Yet I was on vacation and truly took in the natural beauty of the grounds, music & vibes, and the authentic culture of all who worked here. What a team! Breakfast started each day off wonderfully and came with my stay. There are specialty local drinks and of all the island’s dinner choices, I ate here more than any other place. The cooks I would refer to as Chefs as they are gifted with making every meal a satisfying experience. It begins with the precedence set by the owners as Marcos cooked fabulous meals also! There is a love that exudes for everyone. I observed special assistance being provided for all persons saying here as they truly are happy to serve making Riviera Punta Cana Eco~Tourism Hotel a most happy place to be! ☀️🏝
