Second week in a row I stayed here for work. First week room key had to be replaced every day, guess I was doing something wrong. Second week, it did the same, and I didn’t keep the key on me this time. Annoying, but not end of the world. Just annoying. During the second week, we came back to the room with the thermostat or unit itself malfunctioning, the room was 95 degrees. One of the two women at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was asking what we could do and seemed frustrated or that it was costing her money to get us a different room. Also, my key didn’t work on that room either. Also, a small complaint, but still valid when compared to other hotels, they had cheese omelets everyday on the breakfast, it never rotated. I thought it would maybe switch to scrambled, but never did. I could be picky, but the keys never working really got under my skin since we were in town working 11-16 hour days, and having to go right back downstairs for a new room key was very frustrating.
