I had an amazing stay at 启东银州希尔顿逸林酒店 From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front - desk staff, especially Sherry, truly made my experience exceptional. Sherry was incredibly friendly and efficient. When I checked in, she patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities, and even gave great recommendations for local restaurants. During my stay, whenever I needed anything, I could always count on Sherry to respond promptly and with a genuine smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well - appointed, and the hotel's facilities were top - notch. But it was Sherry's outstanding service that really set this hotel apart. She is a credit to the establishment and I will definitely be back, largely because of her wonderful hospitality. Very nice rooms and restaurant. Lounge not worth it since refill of food was lacking

It is just a place to stay, for business, with nothing much around in the hotel. I did not have so much options as English speaking hotels are limited.

The non-smoke room is clean and “actually”has no smoke smell which is hard to find given relatively high smoking population in China. The front desk is helpful. The breakfast has lots of varieties.

Booked a deluxe suite. The facilities are very new. Very satisfied. The room is large. There are two bathrooms, which is more convenient. For dinner, I went to the executive lounge for a light meal.
