Usually, there are more than 100 rooms. At the peak time, there were more than 500 people living in.
So the price/performance ratio is really low
There are new and old in the apartment. The sanitation and facilities of the old room are really not flattering.
The service is not bad, the requirements can be met

Take the family together to the nearest store found by Fangte Play. The transportation is very convenient. It is just beside Huoju Road. It takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to the main entrance of Fangte. There is a street downstairs of the hotel where you can eat and there is also a supermarket, so it can’t be more convenient to buy things. The young ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic, knowing that we were going to Fangte to play, and asked me to take a few more bottles of water from the front desk for free. I have to say that if I come to Fangte next time, I will still choose to live here.

朋友介紹來的茂德，這次住的家庭房，房間非常寬敞，還有豬豬俠的壁掛，前台的工作人員都很好，很熱情，位置非常方便，旁邊就是一個大的商業綜合體，購物超級近，周邊街道兩邊都是吃飯的地方，挺好的

1.雖然樓下就是商場但還是太偏了，離各景點都比較遠，房費不貴但是打車下來也不怎麼划算
2.衞生堪憂，入住當晚杯子上有幹了的牙膏漬，第二天去房間收了垃圾擦了洗手枱水漬但是杯子還內樣，換了牙膏牙刷放進去。。。。
3.浴室下水不好，洗澡水下不去跟泡腳一樣，給前台打電話反映之後説讓人去修，回來之後洗澡還是一樣

續住好幾天了，環境不錯，衞生乾淨，休息安靜，旁邊就是購物商場，周邊有青島這邊很多玩的大型遊樂場，適合出差和旅遊借宿，性價比高，唯一不足沒有早餐，不過樓下就有早餐店，旁邊就是肯德基。
