我是因為考研才住的，距離青島旅遊學校特別近，5分鐘之內必到;房東本人很好溝通，大爺挺通情達理的;整個房子的裝修風格很有年代感（不是不好的意思），衹有床鋪什麼的和賓館很像，其他的就比較有生活氣息，建議起碼兩個人入住，不然浪費了很多睡覺的位置（😄）;有個小的廚房，但是如果想做飯的話建議提前和大爺商量一下;樓下有家糝湯不錯，早餐可以去試試;建議自帶拖鞋和洗漱用品。

✨[進入房間第一眼]房間很大，感覺完全不止60多平米，裝修也很雅樸潔凈，卧室一大一小兩張床，客廳和廚房夾角還有一張小床，感覺5個人也能住下。廚房裡廚具調料俱全，衞生間還有香薰的味道。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東非常周到負責，給我們發的訊息和介紹也很詳細，入住前還打電話等我們怕我們找不到，非常感謝~
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房子離十五大街的菜市場很近，和父母一起去買菜自己做了飯，很開心。房子視野很好，屋裡採暖非常足，這比我之前住過的很多民宿衹能開空調要好太多。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]出門延安二路公交非常方便，不過離台東地鐵站和步行街有段距離，步行大概十幾分鍾。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]整體都非常非常滿意，唯一美中不足的是衞生間的門不能關緊，大衣櫃的推拉門也不太好推動，但瑕不掩瑜。
總體非常推薦，是今後有機會還會再想去住的房子了！

來青島無論是自駕還是公共交通，住在James的家裡都很方便，有專屬地庫停車，小區夜晚很安靜，房間設施齊全，甚至洗衣做飯可以（雖然我們沒有用上），衞生間和淋雨乾淨整潔，同時還提供了洗漱用品和毛巾。地理位置非常好，去啤酒博物館和炮台山步行即可，在旅遊旺季省去了停車煩惱。James的答覆及時詳細，甚至半夜發給他的問題也都能及時答覆，並且得到幫助，十分期待下次來青島還能住在James家

房東叔叔很熱情，房間的位置也很好找，而且還有私家停車位哦
到市區各個景點都比較方便，走路5分鐘還有一個大菜場，買菜非常方便，而且裏面有一個諸城燒肉很出名，味道也很好，要是來的話記得嚐嚐，經常一大早就開始排隊哦
