高級豪華大床房入住後發現上一波客人物品沒有清理，有煙頭，桌子也很臟，像吃外賣流了一桌子油，沒有清理風乾的樣子，廁所手紙還是舊的。
反應給前台，前台樣子也無所謂拖拖拉拉不上來看。
説一些諷刺的話，覺得我們閑着沒事找茬。
這是我多年來住的最噁心的一次漢庭

非常滿意，自己開車帶家人小孩來的，去的金沙灘，雖然有點遠，有車無所謂。住房乾淨衞生，配套設施齊全，家人和小孩都非常滿意。。主要是價錢便宜，還有早餐。太滿意了。

忘記評價了，，，第二次來這邊漢庭了，因為男朋友出差的原因會經常來黃島這邊，這個漢庭是體驗感最好的一家，隔音很好，很安靜，裏面空間也很大，前台小姐姐還送了早餐券，走的時候下雨了，車子在外面被淋了，小姐姐給了紙巾還有一大包濕巾，服務態度整體體驗都一級棒！

18:00熱水設施壞了 晚上20:30辦理入住 沒有告知 半夜洗澡沒熱水電話諮詢告我就糊睡覺 明早應該能修好 你不知道早上青島下大雨嗎？（被淋雨了）轉天早上還沒有熱水 被迫退房換酒店洗澡 服務太次了！

凌晨二點到，服務前台很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，早餐還可以，室內温馨舒適。唯一不足是房間靠近公路，早上六點被來回貨車吵醒。
