When I checked in for the first time and saw a newly opened hotel online, I planned to try it out. It was indeed a worthwhile trip. The front desk service was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, parking nearby was also very convenient, and the price/performance ratio was very good. The room was clean and tidy, with good lighting. The bed was soft and comfortable. The location is also very good. It is next to the pedestrian street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The items in the living room and kitchen of the room are quite new. It is very clean. There are disposable bath towels, toothbrushes, slippers, etc. You can sing k and play mahjong in the villa! What is the matter to find the service staff to reply in a timely manner is also very good. It is also very convenient to play around. You can also order food in the villa. The only downside is that the villa door enters the living room with several ladders. It will be not so convenient for people who want to push the baby car, but overall it is quite satisfactory! I don’t know if it’s been a long time, but various problems have occurred. In the first room, the curtain control button was broken; later, the front desk helped to change the room to the 11th floor.
There was always the sound of chairs being dragged in the rooms upstairs (whether on the 9th or 11th floor), which I thought was outrageous at the time. No matter how ADHD a guest is, he wouldn't keep dragging chairs, right? Later, my friend changed rooms and discovered that the sound was from the bathroom door. This is completely incomprehensible. Auntie does hygiene every day. Wouldn’t she know which doors have problems? Won't you carry out maintenance and troubleshooting immediately? And after responding to this problem, I can still hear this sound in the next few days.
The most outrageous thing is that other Huazhu Club offers delayed check-out until four o'clock. This time, Ctrip customer service helped communicate, but they only agreed to delay check-out until three o'clock and had to write a review in front of them.

On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

AAnonymous UserMy family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay.
The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day!
Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts.
Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!
