Walking distance to the airport, the mall and the supermarket. Great service at check in, checkout and during our stay from Anibal, Lisy and Aysa. Nice room with all amenities. Great breakfast with fresh squeezed juices.

It is very close to the airport, a 3 minute walk,, and it is within a shopping mall, movie theater and food court. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast buffet.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. During the morning the buffet for the breakfast was good and full of options. The TV didn’t allow me to change the channel and during the check in I took some more minutes because the platform was not working, same happened in the next morning. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff was amazing in general composed by warm and caring people, the rooms very comfortable, all the hotel was flawless, and all the dishes in the menu delicious. The menu included delicious local dishes which was great for me

No hubo servicio de internet, ni television en la habitación. Adicional a ello, la persona que realizo aseo en la habitacion no lo hizo bien, dejo la colcha tirada y solo estiro la sabana

Solicité salir después de la hora del checking y me lo autorizaron, luego al salir me lo cobraron. El tema no es el cobro, el tema es la mentira, imagínese usted si le mienten al cliente de esta forma que mas no harán. Mi recomendación busque otro lugar.
