The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

Am enjoying my stay here and the house keeping is excellent, i was lucky to be served by Sachin. She makes sure the client is comfortable and satisfied. The food is amazing and of course you get to have a beautiful environment at the restaurant while enjoying your meal. Great experience

We chose the Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, to celebrate my wife's birthday. One night in the desert to relax, in-between the beautiful but hectic environment that is Dubai. I have to mention Mr Anup Kumar, who was continuously in touch with me from the moment I made the reservation until after we left. When I asked him about any special arrangements that could be made for my wife's birthday, he proposed several ideas over the span of multiple days, which were gladly accepted. We enjoyed a luxurious limousine transfer from Dubai to the resort and a special BBQ dinner way out in the desert with private chefs. Everything was so personalised, with extreme attention to detail -- no corners were cut, which is very commendable! I told my wife during the golf cart ride that Mr Kumar made all the arrangements and he was so kind to say it was all my idea ;-) On our day of departure we were told this was the first time they had organised something like this, which certainly made us feel special, but it is amazing what they were able to put together with limited time and experience. And then I didn't even mention the villa we stayed in yet, which by itself was so spacious and luxurious, anything one could ever need. They even told us we could keep the hats provided :-) In the morning we enjoyed a floating breakfast in the pool with the BEST eggs benedict ever! We had many highlights during our holiday in Dubai, but staying at this resort is surely one we'd like to repeat!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Has to be one of the top 3 hotels in the Emirate. All rooms face the sea so you can’t go wrong with any of them. The rooms are large. So are the balconies. You have the option to book inter-connecting rooms for larger families.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al Hamra Village Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, for a period of 3 to 6 weeks. We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)
