I was told that I hadn't paid when I checked in due to trouble, and I was told that I couldn't confirm that day due to system trouble. I contacted trip.com and found that the payment had been completed, so there was no problem after that. The walls are thin so I was annoyed that I could hear a stupid black man talking loudly next door. Good location. Good staff.

Very disappointed with this hotel, I had to add 20th to have XV and a shower in the room because it was not included! And dilapidation is in order!!!!
