I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's pre-authorization deduction system. My room is $200 a night, the hotel deducted me $200, then deducted $200 from my credit card, then deducted $20, and finally buckled me. 10 dollars, I went to the front desk theory, they said that they made a lot of mistakes, and later cleared the back of $ 220, but the remaining 10 dollars did not know what the deduction is! I also encountered such a bad hotel management system for the first time!
The hotel is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. When I checked in that day, there were still food crumbs on the chair, and there was a towel that looked used and not folded neatly on the washstand.
Breakfast is very good, can be extra bed, suitable for children, the hotel location is very convenient, surrounded by many supermarkets, where to go is very convenient, 10 minutes to the airport. Parking lot is free

Breakfast was not a chef on the weekend, there was cold food, and the friend was shocked. The location of the accommodation is still on the back. In fact, there are not many guests. It may be related to Ctrip's reservation. Every time I encounter it, I will explain the problem. Parking is 8 knives a day. The parking space is good. The front desk service is very warm!

It's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.
A two-bedroom and one-living suite was temporarily adjusted, but it was of no use to us.

GGuest UserGreat hotel experience, wonderful updated rooms, attentive staff. It was nice being able to walk to several different ******s without going outside in the cold. Had dinner at The Brew Brothers pub between Silver Legacy and Eldorado, food was amazing, fast and friendly service. Would stay again!
GGuest UserClerk at checkin was NOT friendly. Did not ask if we'd been to this hotel before, did NOT offer directions to the elevator, which are around the corner from the front desk, not visible and not obvious when looking for them. we wandered around with our luggage for several minutes before an employee helped us.
This town has a severe shortage of taxi cabs, making getting anywhere difficult to impossible.
There are no nearby restaurants, forcing guests to dine at their overpriced eateries.
GGuest UserQuite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.
JJIKEJust beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.
GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.
AAnonymous UserI had a mini suite by myself and that was great! It’s a little older hotel, but I feel happy in those kind of places. Great location, people and a lot of things to do. Also for families.
GGuest UserWas there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas
SStevenBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.
挥挥着翅膀的小熊猫Breakfast can be eaten, a regular continental breakfast. Service is OK, the restaurant can use the microwave oven, drive to Walmart in 5 minutes, and 15 minutes to the main street arch of Reno.
