A little suggestion is that no matter in Indigo or InterContinental, after we checked in in the lobby, no one introduced the specific facilities of the hotel, such as where the water park is, when it opens, what restaurants are available, and where the specific location is. It was only after three or four o'clock in the afternoon that I was notified through the housekeeper's WeChat. Personally, I feel that it should be introduced at the time of check-in, so that the guests in the hotel can arrange specific itineraries. In addition, no matter Indigo or InterContinental, there is no guidance after check-in, and you can find the elevator by yourself. If this aspect can be improved, it will be more perfect. In general, I personally feel that it is a family hotel that I will stay in again.
