Good rate for last minute reservation. Good parking, public areas were clean and secure. The room was clean, no smell. The ac worked bathroom was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Refrigerator in room too.

The only things I did not like was there were no shower caps, No security boxes, and the bushes coming out of the driveway on County Line Road needs to be cut or trimmed down because you are unable to see traffic unless you are in the street.

Stayed here for one night as part of a Gate 1 tour - they had changed from a downtown Jackson hotel for certain trips - and it was probably my favorite hotel of the whole trip - immaculate, so well designed with a most pleasing decor and touches of luxury that you didn't expect to find, such as the quality of the bed linens and the beautiful rooms - color scheme was lovey and soothing to the eye and the lighting and power outlets were plentiful and well designed and often overlooked - staff were friendly and helpful. Property was close to many really good dinner options - I went to Anjou about a five minute walk around the lake and others in the group tried various spots, all with rave reviews. Very impressed!!

Everything was great, except for the last day. Due to weather conditions, they ran out of food
Home2 Suites by Hilton Jackson/Ridgeland

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton over Christmas 2022. We stayed at a Hyatt property in 2021 just across the street from this hotel and, because it was a Hilton brand, we expected pretty much the same level of hotel. WRONG on our part! Hilton may be the parent company, but this is about as far from a Hilton as you could get. We could barely get a ”hello” out of any of the staff while we were there. Very unfriendly. They weren't mean-spirited...they were just very stand-offish and lacked any kind of hospitality you'd expect from a Hilton brand or from most any company in the South. No one ever said, ”Happy Holidays,” or ”Merry Christmas,” the entire time we were there. On one occasion, we came down around 8am and no one was at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. Other guests came and went with no help either. We eventually gave up and went back to our room. One positive note about this hotel is that they have a great breakfast. The downside is that you never really know WHEN it's going to be served. We were told that on the weekend, it was open from 7-9am and from 6-9am on the weekdays. It was pretty standard that the opening was usually around 8 to 830 each day but they did close service

I have over 1000 nights on the road and am retired from Medical Industry. Checked in and no mention of Bonvoy Elite Status, no offer of points or a complimentary snack. Room was 419. Clean and hot as the devil even with the thermostat on 70 degrees and the curtains were down. Finally got the room cooled down by adjusting the thermostat to 65 degrees F. No water/drink cups in the room. Bed was comfortable and I set a phone alarm for 7:00 AM. Slamming doors until midnight and then it started again at 5 AM. Went to breakfast at 7 AM, fresh fruit was gone and I grabbed a Sealtest individual bottle of skim milk out of the small refrigerator. Took it back to my room so I could take my medications with milk. Took a sip-spoiled and I rushed to the sink to spit it out. Turned around and gathered my belongings and checked out ASAP. This was my second stay at this Springhill Suites and it will be my last. My first stay also had issues at the supposed breakfast. Upon checking out, I told the friendly gentleman at the desk about the spoiled milk. He apologized. Location is decent but I am also a Hilton Diamond member. My next stay will be at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.
