If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush!
I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

It’s about ten minutes away from the airport, but there is no direct public transportation, so you can only take a taxi, 10￡. Go to the airport in the morning and ask the front desk to book a rental for you at a fixed price of 11￡. The rooms are very large and the facilities are very new. The toilet and sink are separate. But the soundproofing is not good, I keep hearing the Indians next door talking at night

Refurbished to an excellent standard. Great choice at the bar and food is really good. Rooms are very chic, comfortable and clean. Staff at reception, bar and restaurant all super friendly, polite and helpful.

Again in Premier Inn and wasn't disappointed. Room, bathroom and restaurant very clean. Staff kind and friendly. One disadvantage is that parking is not included in the price. But in overall all perfect. Happy customer. Highly recommend to everyone especially when flying from Manchester Airport.
