我訂了3晚，入住的第一晚，我們長者家在洗手間洗手的時候天花板兩塊板子掉下來，就差那麼幾釐米差點砸到腦袋，心有餘悸，差點要進醫院，馬桶也是臭氣熏天，體驗真的差，我們第二天下午3點就退房，不敢住了，出了這麼嚴重的安全問題，跟店家協商，我們要退兩晚房，店家拒絕退款，投訴到平台，平台也才退一晚的房費，太糟糕了，黑店

房間位置特別棒！在房間裏就可以遠眺大海。走幾分鐘就可以到海邊遊玩啦。在公寓附近就有1路和58路公交車燈塔景區始發站，出行很方便。公寓樓下停車頁方便。房間乾淨整潔，廚房衞浴設施齊全。還有全自動洗衣機和寬敞的客廳。房東十分熱情，提前聯繫我並且推薦了性價比特別高的海鮮飯店。我因為火車時間原因提前到而且晚走了房東也特別慷慨沒有收取任何費用。如果以後去日照我還會去這裏入住。

不吹不黑，真實點評！
好多年沒住過這麼差勁的民宿了！一走進去心情就down了，公寓樓又破又黑，本來選擇住民宿就是想給寶寶做輔食的，結果鍋是生銹的、煤氣不知道沒氣了還是啥，打不開！沙發臟兮兮，不敢下屁股，衞生間一坨頭髮，真的就…一言難盡！最重要的是衞生間還有一股反臭，拖把臟兮兮的就放在衞生間洗澡的地方…附近連個像樣的超市都沒有，説是海景，根本看不到海，還敢賣這個價格…第二天一大早我們就退房了，勸你們都別去住！
