Quay Apartments Manchester

The location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful

Right at the centre of city. Pubs and cafe just downstairs. Few minutes walk to Shudehill bus terminal ( interchange), tram station . Excellent location.

Stayed here this weekend to attend Ed sheeran concert Booked the apartment last minute as our other one cancelled last minute Absolutely perfect location and spotlessly clean Would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and we will be back

Great location, very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed..including coffee ☕️ Beds were very comfy with the fluffiest duvet...had a great night's sleep 😴 Staff were lovely and very helpful, would definately come back and recommend 🤩

The Quay Apartments are in a great location in Manchester. We were early from an international flight and arrived at 1.30pm. Najma at the reception counter knew which room to give us and suggested we leave our suitcases there while the cleaner got it ready. She kindly got us to sign in and gave us a key for when we came back, so we could go directly into the room. During our eight night stay, we noted that every time we needed anything such as clean towels, another baking tray, another tea towel etc, both staff Najma and Umer were prompt in getting them to us. Najma also patiently showed us how to use the washing machine, which we appreciated, having little experience with front loaders. They were both professional but friendly and ready with assistance of any sort. We rate Quay Manchester highly not only for the high level of cleanliness and great location but especially for the wonderful and warm service we received

The apartments were lovely clean and comfortable. we had 2 apartments between 7 of us and we all had a very comfortable sleep, bonus we had coffee for the morning 😀 they are situated in a great location. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros Great Location Very clean Comfortable bed Cons kitchen utensils missing - 1 spoon, no cereal bowls! No chairs to sit on whilst eating Only two hangers on long rail! The main issue - I booked a month in advance and specifically asked for a high-floor apartment anticipating street noise, I had an early start and was hoping for a good night's sleep. On arrival I was given room 2, probably the worst apartment in the building, on the first floor above the main entrance door meaning, due to street noise and the main door opening and shutting all night long I had very little sleep.

The hotel was great! I booked 2 apartments for 12 guests for my 30th and getting in and out of the apartments was super easy for the group, with the key safe at the door for when people came back earlier from the night time. A guest also took the key back with them by accident after check out and the hotel were super cool with this. They said as long as it’s returned then we could get the deposit back which they did within a day so it was perfect! Would defo recommend!
